Cash On Delivery (COD) is our only payment method, and it's designed to remove all risk from your order. You browse, add to cart, and place your order — no card, no upfront payment. A courier delivers your items directly to your door, and you pay in cash (or by approved mobile payment at the door) only when the package is physically in your hands. If you're not home, we'll reschedule — you're never charged until delivery is complete.

We deliver to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Standard delivery takes 5–8 business days from the date your order is placed. Express delivery (2–3 business days) is available for most metro areas at checkout. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and our courier will call you 30 minutes before arrival so you're ready to receive and pay.

Every product on Urban Mart Connect goes through a three-stage vetting process: we source only from verified makers and authorized distributors, we test every item for quality and safety, and our in-house editors personally approve every product for inclusion. SaaS products come with official licenses, gift cards are pre-loaded and verified, and all physical goods are authentic, never gray-market or refurbished unless clearly labeled.

We offer a straightforward 14-Day Return Policy. From the day your order is delivered, you have 14 days to return any item in its original, unused condition for a full refund. Simply contact our support team through the Contact form, and we'll send you a prepaid return label by email. Once the item is received and inspected at our New York warehouse, your refund is processed within 3 business days to the payment method used — or as store credit if you prefer.

You don't need an account to place an order — guest checkout is fully supported. That said, creating a free account unlocks useful features: order history, saved addresses, early access to new drops, and exclusive member-only promotions. Your data is encrypted and never sold. You can update preferences or delete your account at any time from the account dashboard, or by contacting our support team directly.
